   PLEASE MAKE 0 STARS AN OPTION. this driver nearly caused a crash with myself and elderly mother in the car. When I complained he lied to the controller saying I was giving him directions which I wasn't as he drove past my house to drop my mother off. There was a more direct route. On complaining they refused to accept responsibility for his actions instead lied on me. Avoid this cab company if you value your life. Drivers registration is GV17 XMF PCO NO. if it's real is 816640502. My next stop is PCO complaints

   Generally the drivers are polite and efficient, the radio caller is always pleasant. Tonight was the worst journey I’ve ever had. To avoid traffic the driver took the back streets and it was roadworks after roadblock and we ended up where our journey began 40 minutes later. It didn’t help I had to ask him to close the windows because I was freezing and had to listen to Christian sermons for the whole journey while he complained constantly. I called the company and asked them to never send him to me again. Bloody awful.

   This was absolutely the worst cab service. The cab was late for an airport pickup, their excuse was traffic, but there were other drivers available picking up their arranged pickups at the airport. After waiting for an hour and 45 minutes , they spent the whole journey arguing about traffic is not their responsibility and I should be happy with their sub standard service, at one stage the cab driver then said that he was driving us straight to the police station. so I refused to pay the balance and gave the cab driver my details and have told them to seek legal advice for their money and I will be prepared to go to court. If I get a sub standard service, then there will have to be a financial penalty to compensate. This cab firm does not understand the basics of the service that they are trying to supply and actually give firms that do provide a good service a bad name. Before I use this cab firm again, I will lug my 2 suitcases on the tube or take an Uber. I would advise you not to use their services.

   If I could give -5 stars I would. I paid them a 50 pound deposit the day before pickup & my parents were going to pay the remaining 50 pounds when they got dropped off at home. This cab driver was over 2 hours late to pickup my parents from the airport. The cab driver also threatened my parents to take them to the police station because my parents said they would not pay the remainder of the balance because the cab driver was over 2 hours late. The cab service then called me the day after in an unprofessional manner to try and get me to make my parents to pay the remainder of the money. Absolutely terrible cab service and will NOT be using again. Rude & incompetent.
