   Used to be a lot better. These days they hardly have cars available. Last trip I booked they never showed up as the driver was at the wrong post code and blamed the dispatcher. Won’t be using them again.

   Uber cancelled two cabs so we went to the nearest cab office, Network Cars. Dean the Controller was so informative by giving us updates on how long the driver would be and how much it would cost. He also gave us a blank receipt for the driver to complete. Really helpful and professional. The driver who took us to East London was great!

   ATROCIOUS!!!!! Booked me in for a flight. Then get a call from thee most unapologetic woman saying we don’t do this time, exactly 2 minutes before the cab was suppose to arrive, despite their colleague confirming the day before. Disgusting. Revoke their service license.

   Will not be using this firm again, they do not take airport bookings seriously. Booked with this firm to take me to the airport early morning, as they are a local firm to me so I assumed they would know the area well. Included detailed instructions and a Google map pin of my pick up point. Taxi wasn't there at the booked time, then rang me asking where I was - he was clearly in a different location. I waited 20 minutes and couldn't wait any longer. Absolutely unprofessional and unorganised.
