    Used this service to get to Gatwick from Zone1 London. Pick up was right on time, Driver ZeeshanRH was excellent! We needed to be at the airport early so pick up time was 2:40 Am. This made the trip worry free and affordable for a family of 4!

    Do not use this company. They cancelled my Christmas Day booking - made and paid for in November - with 10 minutes’ notice, leaving my disabled father stranded on a day when no alternatives were available. They had the audacity to thank me for my understanding. Utterly inexcusable.

    Brilliant service, a very stress free journey to Heathrow Airport. They even called the day before to confirm everything as I had a 5am booking. On time and the driver even got me to the airport sooner than expected, giving me more time to relax before my flight. I would definitely use this service again

    Where to begin...the business portal doesn't save card details and Minicabit tech support were unable to resolve it after several weeks of back and forth. I thought, fine, dealing with below-average tech support will only make my life harder so I will start using the standard account. Well, recently I have had so many issues that I have started advising my colleagues and contractors against using Minicabit. The issues revolve mainly around drivers cancelling reservations on a very short notice and not showing up on time and when they do, they complain about Minicabit taking over 50% of the price paid as their fee! I got charged over Β£270 for one booking and the driver said he's only getting Β£120...if you're looking for a reliable taxi company, keep looking because this is not the one.

    Great service from start to finish. My first booking contained an error on my part. However, there was clear information on how to cancel and rebook. The confirmation call was a great touch. Our driver was courteous and helpful on the day, and got us to the airport safely. I would highly recommend.

    If only I didn’t need to give the one star to review my experience. Absolutely unorganised. I booked in advance made the payment however my driver was no where to be seen. I landed on time and was even five minutes early. Tried contacting the company he kept telling me to wait for my driver who was (30/40 minutes) away. Delayed my whole day and things that I had to do. Not happy with this company asked for a refund he couldn’t care less about the inconvenience they caused. I left the airport almost an hour later from the time I was waiting. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

    This is a terrible company, do not use them ever. Taxi I booked did not turn up after waiting more than 40 mins. I had to jump in a black cab or I would of missed my flight. I have tried now for more than a week to get a refund, sent several emails (127 pounds owe me) but they just ignore my emails Will now have to legally pursue them to the get the money back. This company is a fraudulent company.

    I booked a taxi to the airport with them for an early morning flight, 3 days in advance. They cancelled the booking an hour before the expected taxi (5am), because of "no availability". Ended up booking an Uber: cheaper and actually reliable.

    The driver insisted on picking us up at the drop off point and argued with the dispatcher that we needed to walk to the drop off point for half an hour. When he finally agreed to come pick us up where we were waiting (at 4 am with a child and two large suitcases in the rain) he went to a place near the pickup point and told the dispatcher that we should come find him. As we were trying to catch a flight thankfully by that point I had managed to get a black cab. We were just getting into the black cab when the Minicab driver showed up. Not a good travel experience but a story we will be telling our friends and family for years to come. Kudos to the poor dispatcher who did her utmost to get this obstinate driver to move

    Scammed out of Β£200 Booked via this company to get a trip to and from the airport. At time of pick up they called saying they would be 30 minutes late. Not wanting to miss our flight we cancelled both trips and requested a refund. They have since ignored my emails leaving me Β£200 down DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
