    If I could give a minus star I would. I booked a taxi 2 days ago for tonight - 12 Oct - for my 87 year old mother, and my brother. I did so in person, and sent a confirmation e-mail with all the details. No-one showed or phoned, and they didn't answer the phone, leaving the 2 in the dark, cold and rain after 23h30! Totally unprofessional and unreliable! They have 3 numbers on their business card, and none were answered. The mobile number rang a couple of times, and was then switched off.

    The worst and longest journey ever! I missed my interview because of the driver; not only did he take 10 minutes to get to me (the cab station is only a 1-2 minute drive frome my house) but he was incapable of following instructions and i ended up being 1 hour late because of his so called "fast route" and it was only Vauxhall to Oxford Circus. The price of the journey was a little over priced for the service. Seriously if I knew he'd have taken so long I'd have ordered an addison lee for a bit less than what they charged £10 is what that experience deserves.

    Called for a cab to my local company and would be with us quickly as normal but as we were to be picked up at asda and had shopping they wanted £2 extra on top of the charge to put my bags in the car which I do myself anyway. Absolutely appalled! I normally tip my driver as they do a fantastic service and they get me to where I'm going. Why should I be told to do this? Disgusting won't be using again.
