   I have used this taxi service over and over again and then one day me and my husband had separately booked for the same journey so I called them up and cancelled my taxi. They didn't cancel it on their end and then the taxi driver turned up, I was then blamed for it even though I showed them I had called to cancel and now they have blacklisted me from booking with them ever again. When I explain the situation to them they just go "the computer says what the computer says" ......and then there is outrage when people switch to Uber...

   Excellent company. The driver arrived on time in a beautiful Mercedes and was smartly dressed. I felt as though I was being chauffeured. The driver was polite, professional and helpful and assisted me with taking some large items out of the car in arrival. I over budgeted and paid half of what I expected to pay.

   Been a loyal user of this company for many years, not like most people have I simply jumped to Uber, had multiple airport runs serveral times a year. Last trip some months ago, was let down badly waiting at Heathrow - driver had decided to drive through London on the day of a big demo and got held up (surprise). So, I cancelled and made my way home on public transport. Called today to make an airport run to be told my number has been 'barred'!! Their terrible service and the long serving customer gets barred....unbelievable. Avoid, they simply are not worth it.

   They simply set the bar for all other cab companies to aim for. End of. Thank you Another trip done just now. Cannot fault the team top notch customer services helping the community in their toughest times. Accommodating friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Our driver this afternoon was a beautiful soul with a great sense of service. This morning we had a decent gentleman with a great sense of humour. Once again many thanks.

   I booked a taxi for Sun 18 Dec 22 at 0:30 from Guildford to Witley. I got a text as a reminder at 00:00 saying to be at the pick up point or they will charge waiting time. Despite numerous phone calls promising cars in 5-10 mins after 1 hour they just simply cancelled the journey without notice. MY RECOMMENDATION IS NEVER USE THIS FIRM AS DONT BELIVE A WORD THEY SAY.

   Writing this in Heathrow T4 waiting for a pick up after a 13 hour journey. I booked two weeks in advance. I think if you can track the flight number and the traffic on Google maps it should be possible to be on time.

   Did what it is supposed to do. Cab showed up 10 min early. Arrived at the airport on time. Friendly people on the phone. Quite happy to have found a reliable service on the day of the train strikes.

   I've used clock House for years now but the last 2 weeks your drivers have been shocking one refused to take me as he said i had to much shopping (which I did not as uber picked me up which was a smaller boot) then yesterday I booked a cab for 3pm driver was 16minutes late and tried to charge my disabled sister 10 pounds for a 7 pound trip. Was meant to get a call back but surprise surprise no one has called me back!!

   They have been reliable in past but booked a taxi today for my Birthday meal with family. Ordered well in advance. Driver ten minutes late, said he was just starting. Ordered one at 7pm to pick up at 7.45pm by 7.50pm no cab, no text nothing. Phoned them first time they appeared to hang up. Second time they said no driver available, it’s now 8.20pm. Queried why take booking if you have no drivers. Phoned another cab company who arrived within 5 minutes. We were a couple but what if it had been a single female. If you can’t do booking don’t take booking
