   I can't say enough about how professional, friendly and helpful all of the staff, drivers and office, were. Communication was 2nd to none. I was worried about booking a cab for my 92 year old frail Mum as we had been let down badly by a company last Christmas say. No need to worry with AAA Minicabs. Well done

   I have just been collected from Stanstead Airport and driven to Beckenham by DRIVER 061. He was professional, respectful and very knowledgeable about the route. We encountered a lot of traffic, but Mr Shahid was very patient and calm. Congratulations AAA taxi's, if all of your drivers are like this, you will do very well.

   Honestly, the most amazing experience. After being let down by 1 company, numerous other companies without drivers and my 15 year old daughter worried what was happening, I called AAA cars and a driver was there in 3 minutes. The person that answered the phone was thorough in asking the name of ny daughter and my name. This is the level of service that is needed across the country. 100% recommend

   Ordered a very early morning cab the day before to take us to the airport. Booking and paying online was easy and the taxi showed up a little bit early and sent a text they had arrived. Super smooth ride in a great car. Cannot fault the experience. Will use again!

   I don't feel sorry to give 0 start for a horrible customer service but it doesn't allow me to post this without adding 1 star at least!!! I just called to book a taxi from Gatwick Airport to pick up my mother, the guy on the phone with no proper hello to start with, he started asking questions with blunt voice tone and when I got to the flight number question, I said I will need to check it with my mum and call back because I don't have it with me and I personally never called for a taxi from an airport, so wasn't sure what information they needed; he replied "okay bye" and he just hangs up the phone on my face! How awful and nasty that was!!

   So we ordered a cab for 7 pm. 7.05 called and they said it was just doing a drop off and be on its way. Called again at 7.15 and they said it will be five minutes. 7.30 still no cab!! So instead we used Uber . The cab then arrived at which point we told them not to bother as they are unreliable! The driver said we owe them £5 cancellation fee! Absolute joke when they was the ones who was late!! Don’t use them. Absolute joke!

   Asked on the phone if I could pay by card and was told I could. When we arrived the driver said he didn't take card, he gave a sad story that he needed the money now, if I paid by card he wouldn't get the money till next month. My teenager daughters had cash so managed to pay him but then he didn't have enough change and when I asked for my correct change he just said I haven't got it what can I do? Company should pay their drivers a decent wage so they are not so desperate for money they have to lie about the card machine and steal change. Terrible service

   Driver friendly and arrived on time for pickup. Driver mistakenly overcharged me £3.00. Driver knocked on my door 5 minutes later and apologized and returned my £3. That was nice to see.

   ABSOLLUTELY DISGUSTING. For a regular trip, 2 miles, with 2 drop offs, the other 2 local companies charge £8 (Croydon Carriage and Cannon Cars). This lot told us the fare would be £14.50. We queried this and an abusive controller told us that Uber charge more than this on saturdays (this was a tuesday). Still in shock.
