   Can't fault this company. A couple times when they have been extremely busy they managed to get me a cab on the off chance. The lady who works at the office is amazing, she managed to find a driver to get me to my appointment on time without booking and was rush hour in the morning. Absolutely cant thank her enough

   Really disappointed. I booked my taxi home from Heathrow through the app whilst in America, only to turn my phone back on when we landed to find out it had been cancelled without explanation, and therefore had to arrange something last minute. The whole point of having an app is to make bookings easier, not to leave potential paying customers stranded.

   Great taxi company with very respectful drivers. I’ve hired them for multiple jobs and despite mistakes caused on my behalf the staff are still respectful and treat my family very well.

   I had pre booked a cab with this company via the telephone for six people. Five minutes before the taxi was due to pick me up, I received a text stating they had cancelled this. I rung for an explanation and they told me that they did not have a six seater available and could not give me any alternative. Appalling and rude customer service. I would not recommend using this unreliable cab company.

   I called them and the lady didn’t even take my door number, she said the taxi will call me once he’s on the road. I got no call, waited longer than was told then I had to call them back up. Then got told the taxi came and left, trying calling me and I didn’t pick up. Which was 100% wrong because I waited by the phone, I eventually called her to see what was going on. She was extremely unprofessional, spoken with enthusiasm yet attitude. She wanted to also add after I complained that she personally called me herself on her phone and it went to a foreign voicemail- which again made 0 sense to me. She hurried to get off the phone, saying the Uber is now on another job so bye- basically. So rude. I felt so furious with this lady, so inconsiderate of the customers feelings. No genuine time to her voice. The only Time I’ll call the number again is to waste their time, like they wasted mine.
