Pre booked a airport run taxi for 6 30am, never turned up. Couldn't speak with anyone and my elderly father almost missed his flight trying to book a last minute taxi. Wouldn't recommend

Pre-booked and paid for taxis several weeks in advance for a wedding, then they cancelled/refunded us 3 days before. Never bothered to send an email to us to explain, and when I rang a day later they said they were fully booked and meant to “email us later”. Poor communication and not a company I trust.
