Perfect service for a pre-booked airport transfer. They answer the phone quickly, have your details saved, are clear about the price. So much smoother and more reliable than Uber.
Our driver was horrible, we had a stupid row on the street as he wanted to put the price up when he saw our bags. He put the price straight back down as soon as he saw that we easily fitted everything in the boot. He was very unfriendly, argumentative and patronising, did not help us load our luggage and caused a lot of stress about nothing. We won't be using this service again.
Rye Cars were amazing in the middle of the night when airport service I’d booked didn’t show. They got us a car within 10 minutes, lovely driver, cheaper than airport service, and despite leaving 45 minutes later than expected, we made our flight. The gate closed 2 minutes later. Our holiday would have been ruined had they not stepped in. Super grateful for their service.
The office staff is so polite, the same as the driver. They reminded me the clock went forward when I booked the cab. The price quote is honest. Driver arrived on time.

Shambolic booking process, no online confirmation sent to people who are requesting airport pick up and likely in another country, drivers turn up 25 mins late after going to the wrong location TWICE, phone ops threaten you with bans because of their inept tech and hang up on you taking no responsibility for their shody service. Nightmare company.
