   I asked the price before starting a journey from the office. They refused to honour the price the controller gave, not saying until after I'd paid them, refusing to give me the correct change. Most of their drivers are good people, but at least one is a thief. Do not use them.

   Rubbish paid for 7 seater recieveed a 5 seater should apparently be greatful for ot ir when charged 17 instead of 12 for the car I used and had the cheek to moan that I have a pram to go into boot!!!. Poor service. I've been trying to contact office to ask what extra charge I have for receiving a car to take 2 adults and 3 kids and nor insured for as many but I paid the price thoooo!

   NEVER USING THIS SERVICE AGAIN. The driver was on time but very rude and when we reached our destination he started asking for more money than quoted on the phone even though there was no discount to begin with. Disgusting, unprofessional and morally corrupt bunch of individuals. I have the call recorded if they would like to dispute this. Thanks but no thanks.

   We booked with a quoted price. When we were picked up we were told the price was 5 pounds above the quoted price one night before (the argument was airport parking). We still needed the service so we had to take it. We called the service to complain. No apologies but arguments that the quote wasnt overpriced. The driver got a call from the service to charge one pound less. At the end we realised there was no charge of airport parking. Bad service.

   Very good mini-cab office. Being disabled means I must rely on taxis for medical appointment and most journeys. They are honest always saying if cab is available or not. Never promising a cab and turning up too late for my appointment. They have been extremely reliable. And friendly,safe drivers. Thanks.
