    This car service is racist. I spoke to them to book a cab for my 16yr old nephew from the station as it is dark and he hadn’t been to the area before. They wouldn’t let him in as they claimed he wouldn’t pay! I’ve never had an issue getting a cab from the station, they clearly were racially profiling him for no reason! Their disgraceful I wouldn’t bother using them to be honest.

    Avoid this company like the plague! I am a 75 year old woman and booked a cab 24hrs in advance to make sure I had one booked to take me from West Cheshunt to Cheshunt Station. I allowed half an hour for my journey (normally a 10 min ride). My cab didn't turn up, and when I rang A2B they said my cab was 'on its way' which was a lie. My booking was on the system but nobody had the courtesy to tell me there were no cabs avaliable..I eventually got picked up 20 mins later, so I missed my train, then the next and had to wait for a 3rd train in the pouring rain. Travelling into London on my own is something I do very rarely..For A2B not to notify me and just leave me waiting, without any contact, is a disgraceful way to treat a customer. Especially a mature woman who does not use cabs very often and when I had specifically checked that the call handler had got all my details recorded correctly. I award one star only because the cab driver notified me when he was on his way, and could not apologise enough for A2B inadequacies. My evening got off to a bad start, when I had been looking forward to a rare night out. I felt flustered and anxious when I wanted to arrive feeling relaxed and calm... Suffice to day I will NEVER use A2B again!

    £23 from Cheshunt to Hoddeston clearly ran the meter from the station not the pickup. Allow this company there are so many better options. Even if you come out the station it makes sense to ring a cab from elsewhere to come get you.

    Me and my parents were going home, and the taxi driver charged us £29 I mean, what a rip off, I will never use them again, that's for sure, totally disgraceful and a scam, I could've bought a PS5 game for that price, I totally never recommend them, the trip was from Cheshunt to Lower Edmonton

    Told I would have a taxi in 15 - 20 mins then the lady manning the office closed up shop and left. No taxi ever arrived and I had to wait 45 mins to get an Uber in the area. Absolutely awful service.

    Very limited fleet at peak time. Only used the service as a necessity and it was okay at best. Will only be using this service as a last resort.
