Just wanted to share that I was picked up last night by a lady driver, Kerry. I have always felt safe with Sadlers but having a woman in the car made me feel extra comfortable and she was so friendly and kind. Kerry you are wonderful.

Been using for years. Mostly airport runs to and from at all hours. Brilliant service, totally reliable, trustworthy and always polite courteous drivers. Very family friendly as they hold your car seat until you return from holiday!
I came back after 3am on the central line. 1st April 2023 and the first cab I went too available said my journey was too short!! Absolutely discrimination towards me and my journey as I needed go be back! I’m utterly disappointed I. Sadlers cabs as one cab when available should absolutely not discriminate on the journey distance! 2.54am 31/04/023 please have a word with your driver!!
Be Aware of Sadlers Taxis Loughton. just called them to ask cost of trip from loughton to ilford. they said £6 to £8. I proceed with Taxi trip for the cost to be £14.30 and they dithered in getting there. First usage of Sadlers Taxis and now definitely the last. They definitely don't tell the truth. Untrustworthy. Never again!!!
I am a regular customer because I live very close. But today your driver was a nightmare. Trust the customer not the driver. Very disappointed he lie and if u are single woman don t go in this cab Toyota prius DG10UBN
Had to wait longer than expected for my taxi after leaving arrivals, which I booked a day before. My other travellers had left way before me despite booking with competitors there and then. Additionally, the driver wasn’t able to find the common pick up point as he was used to using the usual pick up point he is familiar with. I eventually found them. Regardless, the driver was friendly and courteous and once we got going, all was well. I’ve used Sadlers previously on many occasions but would possibly consider alternatives next time.
Very poor service. The drivers lie to you and tell you that only cash payments are accepted as part of the company policy. Drivers will try to charge you more if you didn’t double check the taxi fare with the call centre. Some drivers drive completely recklessly. If you pass on a complaint on the website, you won’t get a response. It speaks a lot about their overall customer service. Chigwell Taxis was once the best but once bought by Sadlers, the quality massively decreased. As per usual, the responses (just like the other ones) are defensive when it comes to negative feedback. Reflects the customer service again. My complaint was put through a long time ago and since there was zero response hence the bad review now.
