Eagle minicabs picked provided us an airport pick up and drop off service with our children’s car seats. They stored the car seats for 3 weeks for free which is something I’ve not come across before. The cabbie was punctual, quick to respond to messages and very friendly. Highly recommend if travelling with small people
Perfect service! We used eagle mini cabs for transfers to and from gatwick in the early hours of the morning. Our driver Jonathan was there early each time and got us to the airport in perfect time! Also their website was very easy to book a cab with a quick response time and good price. 10/10 would use again
Absolutely perfect service from Eagle for an early morning airport transfer. Used the online quote tool (quite late at night) and had a reply within ten minutes. Booking was confirmed via email quickly. The night before, the driver messaged personally to confirm the trip, along with another message to say he was on the way 30 mins before pick up time. Great to put your mind at ease when catching a flight! The vehicle was spotless and comfy, and the driver and the chap dealing with the online quote were both friendly, polite and professional. From the way everyone communicated it actually seemed like a more high-end service. What's more, the quoted price turned out to be the best value amongst a few I checked too. Definitely will be using again and fully recommend.

We used Eagle for a return trip to Gatwick Airport with our new baby. The service professional and timely with great communication (important when you're worried about catching a flight!). They also offer a handh service where they will take your child in the car in its own car seat and bring it back for the return leg. We fly to the USA in April and won't hesitate to use them again.
Cannot praise this company enough. From start to finish they were professional, efficient and courteous. I booked a cab for Christmas evening from Leytonstone to Broxbourne. I booked online with no problem. I prepaid and was given all details needed. I was advised as soon as the payment was received. On the day I was advised several times about pick up. Our driver arrived exactly on time and was kind and polite. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and will definitely be using them in the future.
We used Eagle minicabs to get from East London to Stansted on a day when there was a train strike, and to get us back home on our return from holiday. They were super responsive, friendly and professional, and significantly less expensive than Uber. They were also happy to use our baby seat, to look after it while we were away and arrive with it installed for the return journey. Communication was first rate and we were delighted with the service.
