Worst cab experience ever, i gave my flight info, and landing time. I was waiting 45 minutes after collecting my bags. When I called the office, they said the delay was max 20 minutes. The driver then had the audacity to lie and say he was waiting for me the last 15minutes but couldnβt get through to me. When I checked the live tracking and saw he was still on the way. Being late is one thing, but lying and not even having the decency to apologise is embarrassing behaviour even when I mentioned multiple times prior I was travelling with a infant. PS it was the middle of the night, I checked the route and there was no traffic, and they didnβt even try to blame the traffic

AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!! My experience here was very disappointing. The service was slow, the staff seemed uninterested in helping, and the overall environment didnβt feel welcoming. I definitely expected better and wouldnβt return based on this visit.

If I could give zero stars I would. I booked a cab to come pick me up as I had a doctors appointment. I spent over 30 minutes waiting and the driver kept telling me he was there when he wasnβt. The driver then didnβt turn up and I had to get a different cab. The driver come back after I got a new cab, started swearing at me and cussing me out calling me all types of names. They need to hire new drivers. I suggest everyone is better off with booking with Goldline much better drivers with respect.

Terrible customer support. The person who answered the phone call, thinking he was the best person ever speaking Enligh language. He says to every person, ' You have a language barrier.' What the ..... He doesn't know phone manners. He has to respect all people. Whatever he does in the business is unpleasant.

Booked for Heathrow: agreed price Β£125. On the day, driver refuses to take fastest route instead wants to take route that would leave us arriving at the airport too close to departure. Asks for Β£15 extra to cover diesel while on route or wonβt take faster route. Called office they told me: this is the rule, nothing you can do and put the phone down. Should have taken note of the bad reviews on here.

Iβve used this company before in the past, I phoned up yesterday to book a cab, and got a load of verbal abuse from the receptionist, I told him I wasnβt going to be spoken to in a derogatory manner, disgusting attitude, wonβt be booking again, very bad attitude

Extremely poor customer service, they guy in the control room doesnβt seem to enjoy his job, shouldnβt actually be working there? He is very Rude and doesnβt know how to speak to customers professionally! Avoid this mini cab company

We have used four star minicabs now at least 4 times for airport transfers. They have been nothing short of excellent:Always on time; helpful polite drivers; large clean vehicles and excellent communication. They send text messages to confirm the booking and pick up times and you are able to track how far away your car is. The prices are very reasonable and nothing seems too much trouble. We will continue to use them. Thank you.

Have used this cab service twice recently to take me to and from Heathrow. Awful service and they are liars! I pre booked my journey to Heathrow and confirmed 3 timesβ¦ at the time of collection my cab hadnβt arrived, I called and they only sent a cab after I called to ask why my cab is late. I was 30mins late to the airport. I also prebooked my my way back from Heathrow they said they would track the flight and arrive 30mins after landing. I called when I landed to check the cab was on the wayβ¦ they lied. I then receive a text to track the cab, the cab had just left and was an hour away when he should have nearly been arriving. I called to demand money off as the have lied about prebooking my cab twice now. They were rude and said it is because of traffic. Basically donβt use this cab service for any important journey, they will lie about the time of arrival and only send cabs after u chase them.
