    When I called to book a taxi they were very rude, then the driver was rude as well. On the phone they told me the ride would be £10.40, and when the driver arrived she said I have to pay more because I was with a luggage and I was moving and that cost more money. Since when having a luggage meand you are moving and you have to pay more? Ridiculous!! It's still the same journey and the luggage still fits fine, so why paying more!? At the end I had to pay £12 because of this ridiculous excuse! NEVER AGAIN!!! No wonder people is getting Uber more often instead of taxi. Terrible service!

    Rude company. Didn't even get to order the cab because the gentleman was rude. After he called me sir and am a whole female. Smfh. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT BAD MANNERS!!

    Late for a pickup from the airport well over half an hour despite claiming that's the amount of leeway they give their drivers. No reasonable apology given to make up for being so late, only excuses. Very unpleasant & refused to drive through the exit barrier until we handed cash over then and there. I would recommend to avoid.

    (March 3rd booking 2022) Terrible, unreliable and very rude. Do not use!!!! Booked them for a hospital appt and they kept raising the price due to tube strikes (but in the end used another taxi service which did not). Booked for 6:15am and changed to 9:40am the day before as hospital changed time of admission. They told yes booking is changed on system even tho i did not get updated text. Called around 7:30am on day of to confirm taxi, operator told me no such booking at 9:40 and no cars. Did not care about customer. Also i raised if there was a booking at 6:15 why did taxi not come at that time. He said he did not know or care. I have a confirmation text and book ref again he said he doesn't care because no cars. Literally SO Rude and useless. I used alphabet cars in the end they turned up on time and charged me normal fare.

    Top5 results in google maps are from this same company with diffrent names and taking all call by 1 guy. Excellent way of fraud from google. They just needed the money to show all of them at top just for the sake of money. No doubt why they pay fines easily for anti trust n monopolistic behaviour...

    I ordered a cab to go home and I was told to wait for 5 minutes, which was ok. I ended up waiting for 11 minutes and ring the office back, to my surprised I was told the cab came and pick another client. Very very wrong and dissatisfy. I would not recoomend them to any of my friends.
