   I am still waiting for a refund for an advance payment made on May 1st for a flight early in the morning on May 2nd to Gatwick. Nedeem Rana, who I made the payment to, assured me would be paid after two conversations with him on the phone. The driver was going to be 25 mins late, which meant we would have missed our flight. Luckily we managed to find alternative transport.

   Worst airport pickup company ever. 4 times now that the driver has been late to pick up - after such a long flight, waiting long at the airport is the last thing you want. The operator is also very rude and unprofessional. Stick to Uber or Addison Lee - they are proper companies unlike this inefficient unprofessional collection of individuals claiming to be a functional company. Very angry with them.
