   Do not book with this company they will cancel your booking with no explanation Even though you booked it days in advance and paid in full

   Worst experience ever had with a taxi company! Made a booking over the phone on 17th June 2024 for a collection from Gatwick Airport to Grays for 6th July at 2am. Even messaged the taxi driver direct with all flight details, times etc… we land in Gatwick after a relaxing holiday only to receive stress that the taxi driver was (Apparently) in Stansted… and said he’ll be another 40/50mins. Not good enough. Use an Uber plenty of cars as the driver wasn’t bothered.

   Booked taxi night before Saturday 10th and they failed to turned up. Rang to have another taxi and was told 10mins. After 3 phone calls to find out where it was (operator said it should have been there) 25 mins later he turned up, moaned about the post code we gave him, just made it to our event. Never again Response to Owner. Not according to your office as they stated that the taxi should have arrived after 10mins...
