Had excellent customer service from Roger of Bridge Cars, who went above and beyond to help me find a driver for an early hours airport drop off and pick-up, when he didn’t have anyone available. I would definitely use Bridge Cars again.

Finally a business i can put my trust in and know they will be where i need them to be and will be there on time with a friendly smile on their faces. I ordered a cab from Roger. He told me they would be 30-45 minutes. I waited an hour, called them and got no answer and no I e turned up! Completely unreliable!!!
I recently needed to arrange transport from Gatwick Airport late at night for two friends, one in a wheelchair, arriving from Portugal. I managed all this by email and a phone call to Roger and the service was great. Even though there was a late change of arrival terminal they were met and were quickly on their way home. Totally unreliable...don't bother! Taxi didn't even turn up. When we phoned to find out where it was we were told it would be chased up with no apology. After half an hour we tried phoning several times and they wouldn't answer the phone! Missed the beginning of the event we were going to thx to these clowns.
