   I booked a Walkers Taxi this afternoon to take my daughter from Hale Place Care Home in East Peckham to Clapham in London on Sunday 7th November collection 4.30pm £145. I've used them in the past and they were fine but, NOT TODAY. My daughter has just phoned me to say had arrived, more by good luck than good judgement. She said this was the most dangerous ride she has ever had. He went through two red lights. He didn't know his left from right. He parked up to collect her in the middle of a main road, causing car horns and anger. Not to mention the danger to my daughter from trying to get in a car in the middle of the road, even though there is a large driveway.. He had no idea where he was supposed to be going. Apparently, my daughter said to him, that he was going to kill her and himself if he continued like this. Apparently he suggested that he found these roads ('confusing'), at this stage he hadn't even reached the outskirts of London. I was going to use this company for a grandchild's school runs, not now. This needs to be fully investigated by the company or myself. The driver should be prosecuted and removed. He will have been caught on cameras at the traffic lights I am sure, when they were being crashed.

   Speeded all the way in my route. Not talking about a couple mph im takling about 15/20mph over the speed limit on nearly all of the roads. Over taking a ambulance on the wrong side of the road speeding. Over price costing £40 for 10 mins up the road. Was not even able to strap me or my 7 week old in before racing off. (My baby was in a car seat) Would not even give 1 star if I could as I did not feel safe and throught out the trip feared for mine and my little one safety

   The worst taxi ride. First, I did not get ANY of the three promised confirmation texts to know the car was booked or on the way, but that’s just the start. The taxi driver was rude when we got into the car ‘why did you not answer your phone’ ‘um, because you didn’t call it…? I got your text and it’s 12.30 on the dot, the time you were scheduled to pick us up so what’s the issue?’ The actual ride cost me £90 for what should be a 15 min journey but actually took 30 mins. It made us both feel sick; it was jerky and dangerous as the guy apparently wasn’t aware of what ‘full beam’ is because he never put them one. He continuously pressed his brake so we were flung forward but then drove at 30 on the straightest 60s. Jesus Christ, never book these guys!

   On the phone the person came across impolite both times I called. The taxi was late because the address was not correctly checked even though I tried to make it clear on the phone. The cab actually had problems on the road and wouldn’t drive properly at one point and the taxi driver had to stop the car and check the vehicle whilst on my journey and still on meter. As I wasn’t able to see the meter I felt like the driver charged me a lot more. I would have used this service again but this has put me off so I won’t use this taxi company in future. The professionalism seemed to be lacking which seemed unnecessary for the company as they will only profit less.

   Promt polite driver who certainly new his way round. If you want a reliable company in TunbridgeWells look no further because all the other options in the area are sketchy to say the least. I particularly liked the fact that the people on the phone didn't try and make me part with my money before I received the journey

   Taxi did not turn up on time and was 50 mins late. Attitude of guy who took the call told me he can not guarantee due to traffic conditions if Taxi will arrive on time. The lady at the weekend who takes the calls is more professional and efficient. Another time the taxi did not turn up so I rang and guy got wrong time which I booked!! We've spent alot of money recently on taxis and the guys attitude is atrocious!!! I've asked to speak to manager and was told to call in at midday.

   Disgraceful. I asked for a quote for a taxi for 5 people on Christmas Day evening. Tony gave me a price, I rang back to confirm that quote, and paid up front £100, with NO receipt. Taxi turned up on time, but a regular taxi which didn’t seat 5 people. We rang Walkers, and each time Sharem (?) put the phone down on us. Shocking service. They made out it was our fault and not theirs! Don’t use them .
