Used Cab Call for the first time recently on an airport run - very impressed. Great communication, polite and helpful drivers, punctual and comfortable vehicles. Will use again - highly recommended.
What a lovely lad my cab driver was! Polite, friendly and very helpful, not only helping me with lifting some very heavy shopping bags into the car, but also carrying them to the door for me. He wouldn't even accept a tip, bless him! He's an absolute gem.

Pre booked cabs for every Tuesday at the same time for several weeks for my 76 year old nan to go in a cab to pick my 4 year old daughter from school. Last 2 weeks - one day they were 30mins late whilst telling me on the phone theyre 10mins away. The last week they didnt turn up at all! My nan stood outside in the cold for over half an hour ! My 4 year old was sat in the school reception not understanding why no one is picking her dup ! And today when they didn't turn up at all my nan was outside for even longer , and I called them day before to ask to ensure theyre not late again ! Outrageous!! Never using their services again!
Used for early transfer to London City Airport. Great cab company. First time using them and booking was easy, we even got a confirmation call the day before and a text when they arrived. Lovely car and driver
Have been using them for a while, small trips and trips to the airport and they are very helpfull with leyting me store my carseat at their office. Recommended!

'John' has just driven us to Premier Inn, Gatwick Northfrom Hartley. Really recommend him.Arrived a few minutes early and helpful with luggage. Lovely clean BMW car, safe ride. Interesting conversation Cab Call was a recommendation and we'd definitely recommend them.
Prompt, nice clean car, comfortable drive, unlike some cabs we’ve used that seem to be in a race. Highly recomended.
