    Good service, safe driver- timely updates received when the driver was on his way and when arrived. The driver arrived on time and the journey was smooth too. Definitely recommend the company.

    Buy far the worst taxi office I've used.i prebrooked a taxi to go to the hospital i pacificy asked for a high car due to having a operation which I pacificy told him the still sent a low car when I called back he said to me you didn't ask for a high car which they made me wait another 15 minutes till they sent a high car after my booking time which made me late for my appt then I asked the driver to avoid back roads because of the bumps which I was in pain the driver still took the back roots & went over humps.when I was finished with my appt I called them for a return again I asked the same dispatcher for a high car stating I can not get in to a low car the dispatcher still sent a low car when the driver came he was trying to convince to get in the car because they don't have any high cars available not acknowledging what I was saying to him I sent him back & had to go with a different taxi office. This taxi office does not acknowledging the customer.dont use this office they dont care about the customer

    WORST CAB COMPANY - AVOID AND FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE. I don’t even want to give this place 1 star! We pre booked and pre paid for our airport pick up, they had the flight number and landing time and we had confirmation of the pick up... however they just didn’t show up. Called the driver and the driver hung up multiple times, called the cab office and they were rude and told us they will call back on 20 minutes. It soon became obvious that they were just wasting time in order to send a driver as they hadn’t sent one. The driver showed up 2 hours late and they apparently didn’t send a driver because they couldn’t track our flight..... it was confirmed and pre paid and they didn’t even bother to send a driver. Once we eventually got into the cab the driver was driving at 105mph and basically put our lives at risk because they weren’t on time. The driver then demanded £5 for parking even though it was prepaid with the journey itself. He also only paid £3 for parking. I’ve tried to contact the company since to complain and they have ignored me. Use a different company, there are many around this area!

    Do not use them. For the third time in a row (in a space of less than a year) I've had major issues with airport pickups. Rude drivers, late drivers, drivers that drive at speed dangerously and ones that demand more money than agreed. I'm currently at Heathrow where one of their drivers are yet again late, this time by 2 HOURS. This is due to the driver leaving to get me 15 minutes AFTER my flight has landed. Management at the office take no responsibility regarding complaints and always say it's out of their hands. The times that I complain they just play piggy in the middle with the driver over issues you raise. 5 years ago this used to be a decent cab service. Not anymore. Avoid at all costs.

    I had to downgrade the review for a terrible experience. I was in a rush and decided to call a taxi to Gatwick, the taxi driver didn’t show up for at least half an hour and the guy at the depot first said 10 minutes. He then lied to me the taxi driver was around the corner two minutes away fifteen minutes into the wait and then didn’t even bother apologizing after I called multiple times stresses out about timing for a flight
