    Booked taxi for Gatwick pickup, they did not turn up. When I called them they said the system shows job completed. They could not resolve the problem either. Terrible service, very disappointed.

    Waited too long (more than 25 mins) from agreed time for my driver to arrive & pick me up from station. Could have done half the journey by bus in that time. I think he missed his way and went elsewhere, but they're supposedly local? They should learn to keep to time. Aside that, the driver was OK .

    My neighbour is the customer, the driver turned up and hit my car unknown to me. No apology or anything.

    AVOID - missed my flight because driver was late due to having a flat tire, not only did I miss my flight but the cab charged me £115 to take me back home - when I questioned this they threaten’d to call the police - disgusting
