   We used Toots taxis twice this weekend to get to Radio 2 in the park. David, our driver was on time and really helpful, dropping us off close to the venue. In addition he was amazing as although he was not meant to work, he came out and pick us up on Sunday evening, thus saving us the challenge off queuing with thousands to get back to Onger. David, thank you so much, we will be eternally grateful. I would recommend Toots Taxis

   AVOID this company at all costs, they cannot be trusted nor relied upon. To even give 1 star is painful, they deserve -5. The woman I spoke to on the phone was unbelievably rude, I've never had such a horrible experience from a taxi firm. I asked for a taxi for 8 hours in advance and was told "you've left it too late, can't help you mate" before she hung up on me. Spoke to another local taxi firm who were more than happy to help, despite this woman saying she couldn't recommend any other firm. Book with anyone else and they can help, don't even bother with this one.

   We recently used Toots Taxis, Ongar for a return journey to Gatwick Airport. We had an excellent service. David's driving was very good and he was professional and helpful. We had a delay late evening, but it was all handled very well and it wasn't a problem. We would definitely recommend this Taxi company.
