   Such a shame how badly the quality of this company has dropped the last year. Used to be the most reliable cab service in Bexleyheath, always turning up 5 mins early, and would text you when the car was dispatched. Never had any issues. But recently they are always late, which has caused me to miss trains. They never text. Often the phone just rings and rings and can't even get through to them to book or check the status of a cab. I don't know what has happened, maybe a change in owner but unfortunately I have been let down too many times.

   Would not recommend for airport transfers. Did not turn up for pre-booked late night collection from Gatwick airport, no communication and unable to reach on the main phone number. We could have been stranded at night with no public transport. Fortunately managed to book an airport cab but paid the price and ended up out of pocket. Never again.

   Come half an hour early than booked and started baging on doors. Then charged £14 for 3 miles journey... Refused to give receipt for such a high amount. Very bad

   Booked cab in morning to pick me up 22.00. Told at 21.43 they could not get a cab to me until 01.00. Totally unacceptabke. Will never use again.
