Disgusting attitude. Called for a quote and was told that they don’t pick up from my area even though I live 3 miles from the business address, then was hung up on before I could even respond. I called back, a different person picks up, I give him the same post code and he gives me a quote.
My daughter has twice booked this firm for early morning (4am) Shenfield pick ups for the airport and twice the taxi has not turned up, the problem then is you can’t call anyone at the firm at 4am as no one there. Terrible service. Her fiancé kindly took her.
We have used this company for some time and have found them to be very friendly, punctual and never let us down. Always a advantage to have lady drivers too. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
Started using them due to medical issues and have had no problems. Drivers are courteous and on one occasion needed a taxi to Basildon Hospital for 07.45 on a Saturday. Told at first there was nothing available but they went the extra mile and got me something.

Saved from missing my train stop and ending up at Ingatestone at 11:50pm.
Called for a taxi on a Sunday , was told not to be an idiot as all their 5 taxis are obviously on airport runs , avoid them as much as possible . Unbelievably rude taxi controller . I will say this , majority of drivers are very nice people . Most take card , some will only pick you up if you pay cash (I did ask why and he said he was avoiding the tax man , nice to hear as someone who pays every penny of tax due) .. better options out there
Thursday, 28 Oct. 2021 I called for taxi transfer to the train station at 11.42 am and it showed up within few minutes. Fast, courteous and professional service from the driver.
Plenty of taxis available outside the station. Good disability access
