    Rude customer service. Booked through a 3rd party minicab site and no cab turned up so I called A1, the woman on the other end of the line was very shirty and rude.

    Had 2 return journey's over the last two days and can honestly say I have had an excellent service. Booking was easy and quick over the phone with upbeat friendly operators. The text messaging gave me booking confirmation, driver on route with map and update, drivers photo and name. All four cars were on time, drivers friendly and nice clean cars. No faults in my opinion. I will definitely use A1 again.
