I was with my mother had an operation and the guy told me to walk her to Lidl that he can't come to the hospital he doesn't know any hospital the driver name was MD SHAKIL and this was the second driver they have dispatch
It makes no sense to phone and request a cab in advance. Even if you give them 1hr expect a taxi in 2. Not to mention that some controllers are beyond rude and you dare not call and enquire where your cab is because they will hung up on u at least twice before another controller takes the call. Unprofessional, liars. Does not understand the concept of customer retention. If the cab is going to be 10 minutes don’t say it’s going to be 2 minutes. It’s just the principle of things. I wish I could give 0 star because I’ve encountered this issues several times and still opt to give them chances to redeem themselves. Beyond angry and annoyed.
Ruud, reliable and outright liberty takers. I used this company twice a day and yet they treat me like dirt. Any company that had a customer using them twice a day would value this. The Romford branch needs a new controller and new manager. They have 0 care for there customers
I have been using this taxi company for over 8 years i use them day and night , they my most trusted taxi company better then uber and always honest with prices. The drivers are friendly and the operators are amazingly helpful. I have once lost my phone in the taxi only to call up and have the driver return my untampered with phone to my door within 30mins later.
