I been there two days ago, nice place they have waiting area as well which is warm specially in this cold weather. They inspect the cars which are applying for taxi.
Took my vehicle in to get its first PCO, process went smoothly, got done in exactly 1 hour. Staff were okay and straight to the point. Saw a few people that were refused a test as they came with missing or expired documents. It's vital that you take all the documents requested like V5C logbook, hire and reward insurance certificate, MOT certificate etc. They have a waiting area where you are able to view your vehicle getting tested. Overall decent place to go to for Taxi/PHV licensing.

My appointment was running a little late...but it's on par for the new normal. The testers are very fair and very efficient. Been coming here for 5-6 years now. Reception staff gets a bit aggro having to listen to the same questions from unprepared drivers.
Went for my PCO inspection a few days ago. Staff were really friendly. The bloke that took my car in was a guy named Adam. He was extremely friendly and professional. Gave me good advice and will definitely ho back to Crayford.
I believe if you have all the documents in place and have booked your spot then the crew in any NSL site is obligated to issue you the licence unless and until you ask for something which is not in their capacity to give, I went there on 25th Oct 18, my car was Euro 6 specs but I did not have a letter or certificate from Manufacturer. The supervisor told me about it and he cant issue my the licence and advised my what to do. I came back with the Euro 6 Compliant Letter from Manufacturer and my licence was issued straight away. I didn't observe any bad customer service or any disrespectful behaviour. They were just doing their job as it should be dome. I am though little generous by giving five star but i do believe they deserved better than 4 stars that's why I gave 5 starts. I was happy with their overall service
