Always tell you they are coming on your time but rarely do. Better if they tell you they cant than bs. Wont be using again. Star are much more reliable and trustworthy.
We were more than satisfied with the ease of booking a cab for the very early start to our holiday. After the cab was booked, I got a reassuring text message to confirm it. The cab was 5 minutes early & I got a telephone call to let us know he was outside. Very friendly, professional service.
Worst taxi ride to date. The driver was all over the road, on and off the throttle and brakes for no reason like he was trying to give me whiplash. Blinding other motorists with his main beams and so fixated on his satnav he had to make u-turns. I had to question how he got a drivers licence, let alone allowed to drive a cab.
Absolute rubbish. Driver Told me the price £11.90. But when gave £20, tried giving me £4.90 back. When I questioned, took all change back, gave me £10 and said I hadn’t paid enough but let me go. My text said the service was £9.90. Be aware!! Tried calling and was told that was between me and the driver, they didn’t care. Stick to Uber lol
Terrible service. I got into the drivers car thinking it was my Uber. I did ask the driver if it was a Uber for me and he replied yes. Once the driver figured out it was not for me he started swearing and speeding up the car. He was solely blaming me and when I called them up to make a complaint for being sworn at and my treatment, I was told my complaint was invalid. Awful behaviour from the driver and the company. Avoid
Rude condescending operator on the phone, rude arrogant taxi driver who went to the wrong place and was a truly awful driver, NEVER EVER using this firm again. wished I had checked the reviews before booking
Just called up for a quote for two drops in north London, the woman on the phone was incredibly rude, was told they can't drive to north London , when asked why she said becuase they can't , when I asked if there was a reason as to why she then got even ruder and then hung up on me. Customer service is disgusting.
Well here I am again waiting at Heathrow in the cold at 7 am after a 22 hour flight to be picked up after they forgot to send a car and seem to think it’s ok for me to wait an hour. I’ve only used them for airport pickup twice and both times they’ve let me down.
6pm, Friday night. Both ladies in the office were frustrated as all cars busy. Basically turning work away because of 45 minute wait time, what could they do? Both women very sociable and allowed me wait in the back room till my car arrived. Thanks ladies., No thanks even when you try.
Used to use this cab service as it was good service and reasonable prices however last night trying to get home, the usual ride costs between £6 & £8 and after 12am a little bit more for night rate which I don't mind paying. But when your on your own and vulnerable and they want to charge £25 ! Your joking! I even asked if it wouldn't be cheaper as the price is ridiculous. Was just told no. That's the price. So I walked away. Had to find a new way home with night buses that don't go anywhere near where I live, then walk the rest of the way. Got in a little after 3am. Thank you for you kind service of helping me. All about making money not looking after your customers.will never use this place again! AVOID AVOID AVOID
