Booked Atlas Radio Cars to take my wife and I to Gatwick Airport, although they were dearer than the other cab companies in Romford we wanted a good service. When I phoned Atlas they sounded very professional, and was told that on the return journey the driver would wait for us at departures with a named plaque. The driver arrived on time and started going the wrong way he was soon rerouted, but the drive to the airport was horrendous narrowly missing lorries when overtaking, kept on drifting into the hard shoulder, slowing down to nearly a stop on a clear road it was 4am. I phoned Atlas when we arrived at the airport to give us a different driver on return. The return driver was much better but still did not meet us at departures as promised but outside. We paid for first class service but got third never again
