   my cat had to be put down after we found out he had cancer :-( The vets who saw him on his appointments were lovely and showed understanding as both me and my partner were very emotional , we loved him so much and he is well missed by us and his brother Mitten. Thank you for making his last moments peaceful ❤️

   I had been registered with this practice for about 5 years with my 2 elderly cats. They both passed away and I can say it was a mistake staying here for as long as I did. I stayed as it was handy - opened on Saturdays and evenings. But if you can, go elsewhere. First thing wrong with this place is that you see random vet each time, is hard to get the one you want (if you do) , they have big rotation and loads of kids just after school which dont have experience or knowledge -avoid being seen by Nikki Hamilton , no knowledge , no empathy, what you get is being treated by this girl in a condescending/patronizing way. They dont seem to be able to ever explain things to you (with the exception of Jenny Milner) or really know things. Not really keen on diagnosis or tests even tho you are the one whos paying. My beloved elderly cat was in pain which could be avoided, for probably months with a tumour which wasnt detected despite having appointments every couple of months . I was refused scan (Nikki Hamilton even told me so I can save money...) multiple times. When she was really poorly at the very end, Nikki Hamilton diagnosed her with urine infection , didn't do any other tests , could not recognize a dehydrated dying cat in pain. Refused to see us until planned appointment in few days. Refused giving painkillers. Thanks to her (if she worked in Asda or office, she would be fired for not doing her job properly, btw) my cat's last few days were very unpleasant. I cant say anything bad about reception staff - always polite, helpful and empathetic. EDIT- since posting my review I have been contacted by vet director Niall who threatened me with police , called me an internet troll and ordered me to remove my honest opinion about this vet practice and vets . Unbelievable

   My babies are always in the best care with the wonderful staff at clyde vets I'm very thankful for them in the horrible times that they have been needed in a hurry or an emergency. I wouldn't go to any other practice with my babies x

   Superb service from all staff, very attentive and interested with our new pups welfare as you'd expect. Our pup had a recent procedure to remove teeth as above the staff were fantastic and we also received a phone call the next day to enquire how our new puppy was doing. Highly recommended.

   They have been looking after my dog who had a tumour between her toes although she lost a toe in the process the care offered by Clyde vets has been amazing. After care is great, helping me make a first insurance claim its all been great. It's not just pets that need care in these situations, they looked after me as well as my pet. Thank you!
