Picked up from Medway hospital to be taken home to Faversham. Weren’t kept waiting, really nice driver, I am a very nervous passenger but he drove perfectly for me, and got me home in super time. Shame you are in Medway, but if I am in need again, I will definitely be calling Vokes and have saved your number

Our driver was very patient with us. It was 5 of us with a whole load of luggage and he never once complained, which I was so thankful for having to move with 3 children. The ride was smooth and so very comfortable! Even my children enjoyed the drive. Not to mention the fare was really good compared to other companies. Have not got a bad word to say. Even when I booked my taxi an hour late via the app (which is brilliant by the way) they stepped up and has a driver with me within 10 minutes. And once when I left my phone in the taxi, they were clever enough to use the medical ID to call my wife, to say I’d left the phone in their cab - before I even knew. 10/10 Vokes - thank you
I ordered a taxi to get me and my daughter home after our car broke down, was told 9 minutes on the app tracker but the taxi arrived quicker. The driver was helpful and friendly. Highly recommend and would use Vokes taxis again.
Called Vokes after a recommendation from Star taxis... My son had forgotten his passport and Star couldn't help. Vokes were very helpful, they had a taxi sent straight away to pick up the passport. Reasonable price and quality service, they were able to phone my son to obtain payment, plus they gave him access to their tracking app. We will be using Vokes for all our taxi needs from now on. They saved my son's trip. So very grateful for their help.
My experience has been amazing so far. The costumer service and the drivers are lovely. The taxi comes on time and unlike some other taxi services pre-booking is an option which is really handy for my early morning journeys. Good job guys, keep it up!
Booked a taxi using the IR system as recommended by the company and have done on previous occasions not for the first time I was let down but on this occasion when I called the operator to find out why I haven't received my booking confirmation to be told the taxi was no were near I told the operator this isn't the first time I've been let down and that from now on Vokes would be my last company to call then hung up whilst trying to call a different company the operator called me back to tell me it was my fault for using the company IR system I told her i was already running late and was trying to get a taxi to the station and yet she refused to get off the phone so she could keep telling me that it wasn't her fault missing the point that she is the company representative. Would like to point out I wasn't abusive just rude hanging up as i was in a rush
