   Booked a taxi for 4.40am on the app and had no quote on a price. Thought it was something I did wrong so cancelled and booked again immediately and again no quote. Called up and asked if they can give me a quote and was told no and they would call back. They did eventually and was told it would be just under £10. Got in the taxi and the tariff started to rack up 30p every 10 seconds (which I was unaware they had in the cars) and the driver took the longest route around rather than a direct route and ended up costing me £5 more than I was told. If I knew this beforehand I would’ve just got an Uber. Never again

   Christmas Eve, 2022: Booked up a cab and was quote originally £15 for a 10 minute journey for 11.30pm. Got a call at about 7.30pm the same night saying that they've misquoted me £15 despite me confirming 3 separate times/ occasions and told me it would be near enough £30. Unreliable and a good thing I have someone to drive me last minute.

   Surinder at Saturn has been truly amazing with my mother-in-law. Taking her to Kings College Hospital on numerous occasions in her wheelchair. Taking her to all her appointments, staying with her the whole time & bringing her home safely. Nothing is ever to much trouble. Cannot recommend her or Saturn Taxis enough.

   1st time user. My wheelchair bound Dad was told he'd have to wait 4 hours for G4S to take him back to his care home via patient transport services. He was in too much pain to wait. Phoned Saturn, they had a wheelchair cab outside the hospital within 15 minutes at a reasonable price. Saved us lots of literal pain and stress, thanks.
