   More like a -1! Very rude and aggressive company. I called and while making enquiry the person literally shouted and hung up on me? If you behave this badly to potential customers I wonder how your service to customers will be. If the person that picked up the phone isn’t the owner of the business then the company needs to check who represents them. I wonder how many potential customers you would loose with this kind of attitude!

   Booked online for a ride the next day to a hospital appointment. I received a confirmation email. They didn't turn up. I eventually got in contact with them to be told a bunch of lies about how they had been trying to contact me and they couldn't make the booking. Not good enough! No voicemail, no text message (they claimed they sent one) and no email. Just one missed call from a mobile phone number I didn't know. I was told repeatedly it was my fault for not calling the unknown number...
