It's not often you get a competitive price and premium service but that's what it felt like with Royal Cars. They were one of the cheaper options but the service did not reflect that. Quick confirmations, several notifications and an excellent driver. I used them for an airport transfer and will definitely be using them again.

I’ve been using them a few times a week, and every single journey has been spot on. They’re always punctual – something that’s really important when you rely on taxis regularly – and the level of service is consistently exceptional. What really stands out is the quality of the vehicles. For just £2 or £3 more than a standard fare, I’m getting picked up in a luxury Mercedes or Tesla. It’s such a treat, especially when you’re not paying a premium price. But perhaps most importantly for me, as a young woman, I feel completely safe and comfortable with their drivers – no creepy vibes at all, which sadly hasn’t always been the case with other local options (especially the typical station taxis). The drivers are friendly, respectful, and professional – exactly what you’d hope for. Royal Cars is everything I’ve been looking for in a taxi service. Reliable, luxury rides, fair pricing, and drivers who actually make the journey pleasant. Honestly can’t recommend them enough!

I always use Royal Cars whenever I need to go anywhere via taxi. The service is unmatched. They are always on time or early, always suited and booted, always have a drink waiting for you in the cleanest of cars. The tracking options to see where your driver is located is extremely helpful. I recently had the best driver I have ever had, Andrei. He was extremely kind, helpful and professional. I honestly could not rate him highly enough. His car is also extremely comfortable, smelt absolutely amazing and got me and my partner home safely and in good time. Such a great company! ✨
Used Royal Cars to get to and from my work Christmas party in London. Booking was incredibly easy and I was able to pay in advance. I also felt very safe, having been assigned a driver well in advance. Both drivers were friendly and prompt too! Would 100% recommend and use again .
Used this firm for cab from/to Heathrow. Both journeys, drivers and vehicles were great. The card reader wasn't working on return journey, so they sent us a link to pay and off they went - such good service. Reasonably priced too. Would 100% recommend.

I booked an airport trip with Royal Cars. Both ways the service was outstanding. My flight was very delayed coming back and each time I communicated with them I had friendly reassurance that the driver knew what was happening and more than happy to wait. Never have I ever had such an amazing taxi service. The drivers are well dressed and open doors and load your luggage. They are friendly and unobtrusive so you can just sit and relax. I was even asked if the temperature was OK for me. I am so very happy with this company and can highly recommend them. My trip was between Crowborough and Heathrow and the price was also very reasonable and competitive. Thank you so much!!
