   Tried them again after 7+ years. Never again. I now have a laptop from Amazon that went missing. I provided a unique code using their contact options. After 2 weeks, they had no clue as to how a laptop, requiring a password got lost, or who received it! Useless.

   I give 1 star because there is no option of no star at all. They shipped half my goods which already had been delayed. I have been trying to follow up for the rest of my stuff but neither Abdi in Kenya or Amin in the UK are picking my calls. I would not recommend them to anyone.
