   I have booked clothes 196 kgs under invoice # 4538 on 1st October 25 for Akhuwat Clothes Bank, Lahore, a charity. Delivery period printed on invoice is 6 to 8 weeks, rewritten 12 weeks by hand. In early December, after some efforts, I was able to speak to them on phone to check the status of my shipment. On 8th December I was told that shipment is under custom clearance, on my insistence I got a WhatsApp message as confirmation. On completion of 12 weeks I contacted again and I was told that the shipment will be delivered by the end of December. On 30th December I approached again and I was told that shipment is in delivery loop. On my repeated follow up for a written confirmation the statement changed that shipment is still with Karachi Customs after 22 days. They are unable to commit a time period for delivery even after 13 weeks. One can not be sure if any of their statements are true. I have gone through customers' reviews, mostly bitter complaints of inordinate delays and thefts. A customer has lodged police complaint also for recovery of stolen goods. Mostly reviews are with one star with with strong negative remarks. Sea mail sent by Royal Mail to Pakistan is normally delivered in fourth week. In reviews, four years back, a lady has mentioned FC delivered shipment in six weeks . My own experience is that they take eighteen weeks or more on one excuse or another. I wonder why? Has Pakistan relocated next to Australia? Or they takes time to fill container, uncertain for them too, though they regularly send messages of next container moving out on 5th/ 15th and 25th of every month. Or they hold the shipment to search and cherry pick? My experience is that the agent's logistics, efforts ends on receiving money, then it is one's luck in safe delivery of shipment after rolling delays.

   THE BIGGEST SCAM! The worst company i have dealt with, completely unreliable! They claim to be a door to door service but left my items halfway and on top of that some of my items went missing from the bag. We received no communication or follow up from them. Terrible service, please avoid this company at all costs!!

   The company stole my clothes and shoes from the cargo I will never use them again when I asked them they said custom stole them PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THEIF THEY STEAL FRM YOUR CARGO I messaged them they said they are arriving in next cargo your missing back they changed my bag from a jumbo cargo bag to small cargo bag and when I accepted my delivery I signed as I thought they were all my four bags but then when I took it inside they swapped my bag and when I called them they said it’s coming in next cargo I waited four weeks and nothing shown up I have come back here now and they are not giving me answers I will be taking this further the company is fraudulent and steals your stuff from your cargo bags there is no compensation for your stolen goods they don’t even answer your phone I have reported to police now

   Absolutely Terrible Service – Avoid at All Costs! I would give zero stars if I could. This company collected my cargo on February 4th, and since then, it has completely vanished. It is now over three months later, and nothing has arrived at the destination. What’s worse is the complete lack of communication. I’ve called, messaged multiple times, and they are completely ignoring me. No updates, no explanations, no accountability – just silence. This is beyond unprofessional. I trusted them with important goods, and they’ve not only failed to deliver but also ghosted me entirely. Do not use this service unless you want to lose your cargo and your peace of mind.

   SCAMMERS ‼️ Used them 2/3 times and always very disappointed with their service. As they said they posted our boxes on 25th November 2024 and they were received today, 28th February in Pakistan. Boxes were broken, damaged and ripped. Our few valuable items were STOLEN by the staff. We trust their service and spend our money and this is how they treat their customers. Unprofessional staff and Horrible service.

   EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE same thing happened with me, valuable things were stolen. never use them. They stole stuff from my shipment. Got peanuts compensation compare to the valuables stolen. Lost faith in cargo services.

   Used them for the first time. I had to fly out from London they came and picked my stuff on the day which was convenient for me (very helpful) The prices for Air Cargo were cheaper than others. My things came to Pakistan in 2-3weeks, everything intact (though nothing was new in my stuff) They were also the only ones to take bank transfers. All in all satisfied with the service.
