   Rude staff, who don't know how to speak to customers correctly on the phone. Company is an absolute shambles. Will also be reporting to Palletforce, so that their membership is cancelled. Learn customer service.

   have had a few deliveries from Gibbs and the driver is always helpful. They do have to work to a certain set of rules but all the drivers that have delivered to me have been helpful and will usually do what they can to help. The vehicle's are always clean and tidy and the driver well turned out in his uniform. Would highly recommend them and would certainly use again

   Was very disappointed with the service as they scratched my car with a pallet delivery. After scratching my car and admitting it, i was told by Emma a senior working in the company they would not fix the damage to my car. Strongly advise do not use !! How can a company damage your car and not fix it, what do we have business insurance for. Completely unexceptable and some one needs to take some responsibility!

   Had a horrible experience with Gibbs, came to deliver tiles to my property, scratched my £50,000 vehicle and refused to take liability!! Very upset as they were completely unhelpful, and now I have to pay out of my own pocket to repair. Staff were very unfriendly, and did not want to help. Strongly advise not to use, or park your cars out on the road!!
