Their email responses were immediate and where needed they would call and clarify. They explained the process before I arranged for the transportation of the container and inspected my documents to see if they were compliant.    I wish that there were more stars that I could award! The service was impeccable. Mohammed always answered my emails within 30 minutes - from my first one enquiring about the service, to my final one of thanks. He was very knowledgable and accommodating and quickly provided the requested quotes. Clearing my ultrasound machine from Heathrow and transportation to my workplace was done within 48 hours. Efficient and courteous service. Would definitely use them again if I ever needed to import anything else into the UK
