Good fast response for assistance, but the receiver got the email with the shipping labels instead of the sender. The courier who came to get my crates was very good he said he had given a time unfortunately it wasn't communicated to me so I had to be at the collection location all day. A few communication details to adjust but the price was better than other couriers to send large wooden crates.

I recently exported a pallet from UK to USA via Air Freight.
Booking process was easy. Pallet2Ship honoured the collection date and the pallet crate was treated with care during loading.
Pricing was more competitive than direct quotes from UPS and FEDEX. No hidden fees or freight levies.
Neither UPS, Fedex or other logistics agencies were able to prepare a quote faster than the instant quote provided online. After payment, Gabriela was assigned to my shipment and kept in regular contact.
Export documentation was clear and simple to fill out online before printing. Additional insurance for the value of the order was priced sensibly.
Communication was 10/10 - Gabriela informed me at key stages regarding collection and customs clearance.
The consignment contained custom built audio equipment. If damaged, there would have been no way to meet the client's project deadline and the order would need to be rebuilt.
Despite the pallet being both heavy and extremely fragile, it was delivered to the client on time, precisely when Pallet2Ship forecast its arrival.
I rarely post reviews for logistics companies, but this level of service deserves it. 10/10

I’ve used this service many times before the Covid pandemic.
I had some bad experiences initially and even gave them a 1 star review right at the beginning.
However, I believe in giving second chances and the explanation they offered made me realize that it wasn’t their fault.
I then changed my review to a 5 star as pallet2ship again and again excelled. This company deserves our support as they struggle to keep costs as low as possible despite all the challenges the transport companies around the world face.

As mentioned before.. very bad company Please Be Advised read all reviews before using this service. My mistake was listening to my colleagues instead of reading reviews. It has been a nightmare with the service they provide 100 percent all lies.
They first quoted me £70 to deliver to Netherlands on a pallet, next day they arrive with a small van without a tail lift.. lucky I was present to help lift the pallet on the small van. Next day I get a email stating that the dimensions and weight are wrong so they take out £470 without my consent, next day they email me and state that the product has lost its invoice, the next day they email me and say the product is on hold. Two days later my client gets an email to pay another £100 to release the product from customs.
So overall result with PALLET2SHIP IS VERY VERY BAD SERVICE..!!!!!
I have now refunded £560 to my client in Netherlands due to there waiting and bad service from PALLET2SHIP.
Pallet2Ship needs to STOP with all these lies and fraudulent skills they use on vulnerable people across the nation.
