They are quick and efficient, for us as a small business, using a courier that helps and cares about what's going on really makes a difference and goes a long way. If there are any issues with the courier they are on it straight away with clear communication and solutions. Highly recommended and definitely deserving 5 stars (and more!)

   We run a distribution company and post-brexit it was essential for us to be able to continue to service our clients based in EU. We were recommended Inexpress by a friend and so far it has worked out brilliant. We always have our shipments delivered on time and in case of any issues, guys at Inexpress handle the matter right away. Ahmed is our account manager and he always goes the extra mile to keep our operations in EU running smoothly. Always professional, friendly and available even after hours to advice on matters relating to export documentation, different options available depending on business/client needs. We massively appreciate the advice and solutions he comes up with. I would recommend their services to other businesses especially the ones with export/import operations.

   We were recommended to use InXpress by one of our customers. I have to say since we started to use InXpress our issues with couriers have vanished. They really do know what they are doing. If you have any issues then the team at InXpress will help you and in some cases just take over completely. They will advise which courier is the best to use for your particular requirement and the whole process is fast and easy. They are very competitive on price and their customer service is second to none. I would highly recommend them and am very grateful to them for all of their help.

   We have been working with InXpress for 2 years now and have found their service both efficient and effective, we have not encountered any problems with our parcels being shipped and the team have helped out with any queries we have about sending large parcels our our goods around the world. The booking platform to set up a shipment is really easy to use and Ahmed our account manger has been great at keeping in contact and updating us on the status of important, large shipment we are sending. Strongly recommend.

   An excellent option for small companies to ship at competitive prices. InXpress manages to offer a number of important value added services taking the strain out of domestic and international shipping. Firstly, pricing. It's often lower than the direct negotiated rate with the shipping company. Secondly, they offer a choice of carriers most of us don't have. Thirdly, given their relationship with the shipping companies, they offer excellent customer support when something goes wrong and once in a while it goes very wrong. From day one InXpress has been true to its word and have been easy to work with. I highly recommend them
