   You don't know what you don't know... Until it's too late! Asked for Door-to-door UK to South Africa & Frontier came back rocket ship fast with a great quote... Shipment arrives in South Africa & my problems start. The quotation was not what I asked for & I'm now facing an additional bill 3 x what I was quoted so I'm paying 4 x what I thought I would. Answer from Frontier "Never mind what you asked for, Read the Small Print"... What lessons to learn? Take a course on International Logistics so you don't have to rely on "Expert Advice".... I expected better from the reviews... Massively disappointed and out of pocket...

   I engaged with Frontier to help ship some items from the US and from day 1, everyone that I spoke with has been so helpful - from dealing with an [unhelpful] agent in the US to providing help and guidance with Customs clearance They've always been so happy to pick up the phone and assist with what can only be described as a very difficult and labour intensive task! I could not have managed without their expert advice, patience and unwavering support. I have been kept fully up to date with the progress of the shipment and pricing has been more than fair given how much of their precious time they have afforded me. 'If' I ever find myself in a similar position again, I will not hesitate to call on Shane, Sherelle, Maddison, Anthony and the rest of the Team again. I cannot thank you enough for your help.

   Started off quite stressful as the van that had my cargo broke down and I was not informed till I had to email them one hour after expected delivery time. However Olivia did her best to get this to me the next day at my required time. I was initially gonna be charged an extra 20 pounds but this was waved as I expressed that it was not my fault. This was a bit of a shame as I should not have been charged whatsoever for something that was not my fault. Anyway as I mentioned it was waved off and I did end up receiving my delivery the next day. Not sure if they prices are a bit higher as some of my other friends paid under 200 pounds for their cargo and home delivery. But you pay for your peace of mind I guess.
