   I have been shipping with MASS Global for over 15 years, may be more. I was introduced to Mass by a friend and prior to that I have used a number of other local shippers. What I like about Mass is the customer service and followup. Over the years with shipping you are bound to face some issue, may it be with some delay or sometimes with SL Customs comming up with something silly, Mass has always resolved it for me. I cannot think of ever using another shipper to handle my cargo, other than Mass Global. Keep up the good work :-)

   If we could 0 stars we would. This is organisation is a sheer fraud. The owner gave us an estimate of how much we would need to spend to send goods abroad, but then after everything had been packed we got sent a bill which was over by £1500 more than the estimate. We asked for a breakdown but never received one. The horror didn’t stop there. We were told that we would not have to pay anything in Sri Lanka. We hired a lorry and went to collect the goods, where we were given the shocking news that we needed to pay nearly £900 extra! We then went upstairs to the office where the price mysteriously increased to £1300. We tried getting hold of Mr De Silva, but he screamed on the phone and called us ‘liars’. We left the goods and said we would come back later after the payment fiasco was settled. We demanded an email confirming that we had made all the payments and nothing extra was to be paid, which Mr De Silva begrudgingly gave. The day before we were supposed to collect our goods, we received a phone call from another agent claiming that we needed to pay £1300. We explained all the monies had been paid (we had evidence) and we received a further phone call 5 minutes later stating that we needed to pay £900. We tried to get hold of Mass global but Mr De Silva refused to answer the phone. He also sent very rude emails calling us ‘liars’ (charming customer service!) and that we wanted to get the goods for free... the cheek of it! We are still waiting to hear from the agent as to why our bill keeps fluctuating and why we are paying random people money for goods which we paid for via Mass global. It seems that Mass global have a link with agents here in Sri Lanka who work together to extort money off customers. Nothing seems above board or legal. Never again! If you want to be called names by the manager and pay random people extortative money for no reason then use this service. You are better off lugging your goods by hand and trawling across the continents then going with this lot.
