   Really had a bad experience with this company. Mishandling and water damage to contents. Took 3 months to deliver door to door from UK to Sri Lanka. The company just casually mentioned that outer covering was changed due to water damage ,but it didn't owe that all the contents were water damaged. I am really disappointed as my parents received their long awaiting parcel from me ,in such a BAD condition. Please think twice before choosing this company. I hope this will not happen to any future customers. ( I have uploaded the condition of the package before handing it over to compare the outcome. )

   I have send 2 boxes by poshani office to srilanka..door to door delivery. They delivery the boxes nice wrap wellu but inside all the goods are missing ..what a shame..I call them 100 times about my goods. They blame each other and escape with matter they never answer the phone. If they by mistake answer the phone. This is answer they give. Md is traveling or posshani is traveling.. I we spend lots of money and sending goods to family and friends. I never used again this cargo..poshani all way's not answer the phone it's rude but that's her attitude...

   The worst place I ever worked with! , I booked my shipment on 11/08/2022 there were lots of mistakes since the beginning they completely forgot to send the empty boxers I had to chase it up and booked after a week they simply said sorry for the delay and the person who dealt with me informed me it will take 6-7 weeks to deliver my packages after six weeks I called them to inquire about the status of the packages the told me packages been loaded to the ship week a go and I have missed informed by staff. after 4 weeks I called them again today I informed it would take another 3 weeks to deliver (SO TOTAL DELIVERY TIME IS 13-14 WEEKS) overall the staffs have no clue about their job or respect toward the customers the only things they are good with is silly mistakes, being rude, they always blame each other like school kids no will take responsibility fFUNNY part is they believe just saying sorry will fix everything

   I have sent multiple shipments through Trico. Their service is fantastic and Poshini makes sure that everything is wrapped properly and reaches us in good condition. I have even sent glass jars and bottles which were individually wrapped by her. This level of service is unlike any other company. I couldn’t recommend them more.
