cheaper than the big 3rd party platforms by a good £10 - £30 on a decent sample size to various customers. smart platform enables you to submit customs docs electronically, and you can get same day pickups , leave notes etc all very easily. Stephen at North Surrey branch has been very helpful in all setup and keeping an eye on my first bookings. Very happy with the service so far, would recommend to any company shipping overseas who doesnt have a direct platform this is definitely the best of the rest.

We had been looking for a reliable forwarder after having a very bad run with one of the larger freight forwarding companies during June. They needed to impress from the start and I'm very pleased to write that the team we deal with has been excellent with quick responses and very much guiding us through the various foibles of importing from Europe. No job has been to small not to have the same care and attention and it has allowed the massive concern of imports from Europe to disappear. The rates are also very competitive but the service has been the main thing. One very satisfied customer and highly recommended.
