   Today 2604/2025 11:40 I made the booking for import at 9am. Very disorganized, very slow, they send messages at the same time to 5 or 6 trucks and the doors are always occupied and the drivers are waiting. There is a lot to improve. I went to ask the warrehouse manager and he was super rude.

   If you coming in here to get tipped or loading make sure you have planty of working time! At least 5-6 hours! They so slow in every meaning as hurts! Not a friendly place at all!

   Very slow and inconsiderate! One time I spent the whole night there and still I had to ask to withdraw my documents and that's when they took my cargo!

   Staff in reception are good and helpfull. If you're doing collection or delivery you have to have patience. It take long time waiting in the parking. Maneuvering an artic can be tricky sometimes.

   Appalling service on MIA, are supposed to put fresh flowers in cold store whilst awaiting for onward connection, leaving on apron for hours causing irrevocable damage. Not only do not di their job properly but repeatedly lie about it. Unfortunately modern technology allows for temperature trackers to prove otherwise. To compound problems they then refuse to settle claims for mishandling. Florid home of Disney, not the only Mickey Mouse in town .
