   Just had to feedback. The online hire facility was an issue for us. We thought we had booked our tool only to find an hour before pick up that TP didn't have it. The whole weekend work schedule would have been completely derailed. BUT Alan in Chippenham sorted it for us. What a STAR

   TP have a good range of building materials but it seemed they were not interested in helping a member of the public. There is a massive untapped source of revenue available if they became more approachable and friendly to the big DIY'er. Compare prices with other merchants and DIY stores, but you may find a good deal here. Maybe.

   Placed a £250 order for collection on Saturday morning but the store closes at 12:00. Why allow an order to be placed when there's no possibility of it being fulfilled? Poor digital services.

   Inhelpful. Told to find roof tile which were all stocked over 3m high stacks. Found a ladder to climb but no labels on any tiles so gave up. I knew part number and all details but not much use when assistant tells you to go find it yourself!
