Customer Service at this level is extremely rare these days. Kathy is exceptional and a pleasure to deal with. I cannot thank her enough for her assistance. I will definitely use Moto Freight again for my next RTW trip.

I cannot praise Kathy and the team at moto freight enough. I had a very last minute destination change during a 12 month motorbike trip due to many problems. Everything on my side was very last minute and rushed but I was so glad I found moto freight they really took care of everything very quickly, allowing me to deal with all the other problems I had. They did a fantastic job getting my bike to Africa, excellent comms at all times, a great handler on the Africa side and generally always on the ball with everything at all times. The bike was also so well crated and super secure. Thanks so much for getting my trip back on the road.

Outstanding, attentive service. This is the second time I've used Motofreight, on this occasion shipping my bike to Chile for a six week tour, and once again the experience was excellent, start to finish. Kathy and Roddy really care about what they do, and are extremely patient when dealing with the inevitable barrage of questions that a trip of this type throws up. I have no hesitation in recommending Motofreight.
These guys picked up a motorcycle for me in East Sussex in the UK and organised delivery to Sydney Australia, the staff were great Roddy always kept me informed what was happening with the bike. On collection of the motorcycle from the receivers in Sydney i realised that key had been removed from the bike and the lanyard tethering them had also been disconnected from the key, it turns out after much investigating that the keys were in Melbourne hope this is true and should receive the keys at a later date. Very disappointed when picking bike up other than that recommend them but make sure they understand that you want the key to be with the motorcycle when collecting it.
