   I had to engage Meridian urgently to clear stuff that I'd brought back with me in my suitcase, late on Friday. Their staffmember Tanya was very helpful and patient with me in going through a lengthy process with Customs and she worked well beyond closing time to complete all the necessary steps. Given what they had to do I thought their clearance fee was reasonable, even modest. I would certainly recommend them to everyone

   Customer service was absolutely awful, had a package we were shipping for 10 days and waited until the day it needed to leave before asking for important details. Ki sent passive aggressive emails to our customer regarding our product knowledge after providing the details he needed. Would not recommend using these to anyone.

   We needed to ship a large package containing two framed art works internationally - we were recommended, by Bruce at an airline cargo office, to contact Meridian and we are extremely pleased with the experience. From start to finish, the shipping was handled by Tanya who worked tirelessly with Bruce (UK) and Somsuk in the destination country to get our package to us. Nothing was ever too much trouble and the speed Tanya worked at was stellar. Thank you to everyone involved. Highly recommend working with this company.

   Where do i start? Now owned by a company who had such a bad reputation, they had to buy another business to hide behind. Not even interested in freight. A very shady company, with an even shadier backstory. Do not go there!
