They require ID for you to be booked in at the reception (but not always), then wait for you to be called in to get unloaded.

Good service and clear instruction, but the Indian on the forklift was like he was forced to do the job or maybe he came out of the wrong side of the bed on that day.
Take times 2 get unloaded and sometime they skip your turn in the waiting line and people who come after get unloaded first
Might help if they answered the phone in the evenings rather then just let it ring out, three times after five mins....very poor.
Didn’t pick up but delivered my airline delayed luggage in time
Great staff here especially the lady in reception as she was great to talk to and have a laugh with all the while remaining professional about her job and they had me in an out in no time and the guys in the warehouse were on point with there job also
